建筑工程管理模式的探讨研究

摘要

在当前经济市场条件下，合理、恰当的选择工程管理模式，是关系到建筑工程项目成败的关键因素。本文从建筑工程管理模式的几种类型入手，对各种类型的应用和优缺点进行了简要的研究，并通过实例对工程总承包管理模式进行探讨。%Under the market economy, whether a construction management model selected is reasonable and appropriate or not directly related to the success of construction projects. In this paper, the management models of construction project is briefly analyzed and researched, and their application as well as advantages and disadvantages are studied, and EPC management model is explored with cases.
