行政管理专业应用型本科人才培养之道路探究

摘要

行政管理专业兼具政治性、管理性、应用性等多重属性，而应用性是其未来的发展趋势，探究行政管理专业应用型本科人才培养之路是当下的一个艰难的课题。本文在梳理行政管理专业属性的基础上，指出了对行政管理专业应用型本科人才培养进行科学定位的三大障碍，最后从充分发挥学科优势和地区特色、努力适应社会发展和时代进步、坚持提高实践技能和就业竞争力三个方向指明了行政管理专业应用型本科人才培养的方向。%Administrative management has the properties of police, administration and application, and applicability is its future development trend. To explore the training mode of applied undergraduate talents majored in administrative management is a difficult subject at present. On the basis of combing the professional attributes of administrative management, this article points out the three major obstacles for the scientific positioning of applied undergraduate talents majored in administrative management, and finally points out the talent training direction from three aspects: giving full play to discipline advantage and regional characteristics, trying to adapt to social development and progress and enhancing their practical skills and employment competitiveness.
