高校二级工会组织在创新团队中的影响机制研究

摘要

高校二级工会组织强大的凝聚向心力和沟通纽带作用，是解决高校创新团队凝聚力不佳、成员合作意识不强的有效途径。本文从这一角度出发，阐述高校二级工会组织在同校单学科型创新团队中的作用、地位及其相互关系。%The powerful cohesiveness and communication role of college secondary unions is the effective way to solve poor university innovation team cohesion and weak member cooperation consciousness. From this perspective, this paper expounds the role, status and their mutual relations of college secondary union organization in single discipline innovation team of the same college.
