基于ARCGIS的交易台账管理系统设计

摘要

In view of the requirements of implementing informatization management platform construction business for state-owned construction land, this paper puts forward the project of developing the transaction ledger management system of state-owned construction land use right. Based on the analysis of the present situation of management platform informatization construction, this article designs the overall architecture of transaction ledger management system, system function structure, ledger transaction database design structure based on ARCGIS, applies the middleware technology, Flex technology, ArcServer, data warehouse and intelligent technology, and finally realizes the ledger information classification, retrieval, summary, statistic, superposition printing and preservation of graphics and text information, and other functions. The system can provide a technology platform of land resources management and decision aid analysis for department of land and resources.%针对国有建设用地实施信息化管理平台建设业务的需求，提出了开发国有建设用地使用权交易台账管理系统的课题，在分析了管理平台信息化建设现状的基础上，设计了基于ARCGIS的交易台账管理系统总体架构、系统功能结构、台账交易数据库设计结构，并运用了中间件技术、Flex技术、ArcServer、数据仓库与智能技术，最终实现了具备台账信息分类、检索、汇总、统计以及图形与文字信息叠加打印、保存等功能。该系统可为国土资源部门对土地资源管理、决策辅助分析提供一个技术平台。
