制造业与物流业产业融合研究

摘要

制造业与物流业相融合对于其提高产品价值具有重要意义，但制造业中不同行业对与物流业融合的迫切程度不同，融合的形式也不一样。本文以产品、市场特征为出发点，从交易成本、专用型资产投资、规模经济、知识扩散等角度进行分析，阐明了制造业与物流业产业融合的动因、形式与途径。%The convergence of manufacturing industry and logistics industry is important to improve product value, but it is different about the pressing and form of convergence in different industries. On the basis of the characteristics of product and market, this paper expounds the reason, form and method of the convergence of manufacturing industry and logistics by analysis of transaction cost, special assets, scale economy and knowledge diffusion.
