等离子点火技术在电站锅炉中的应用

摘要

介绍了山西大唐云冈热电公司300MW机组，重点阐述了等离子燃烧器运行调节、点火时的注意事项及运行中故障的排除方法，使锅炉在冷态启动过程中实现无油点火以及满足机组启动升温升压曲线的要求，使电除尘同步投入运行，从而达到环保与节能的目的。%This paper introduces the 300MW unit of Shanxi Datang Yungang Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and expounds the points for attention of the plasma ignition burner operating adjustment and ignition, and the troubleshooting methods in the operation, and it makes the boiler realize oil-free ignition and meet the requirements of unit start-up heating pressure curve in the process of cold starting, which makes the electrostatic precipitation operate synchronously, so as to achieve the goal of environmental protection and energy saving.
