基于双汇并购史密斯菲尔德的ESCI模型层次分析

中国企业海外并购愈发强势。对中国企业海外并购行为进行归类和评价十分必要。因而构建中国企业海外并购分析评价的模型，并辅之双汇并购史密斯菲尔德的案例进行层次分析评价，目的在于提供一种新的评价海外并购交易的模式，为合理解读评价中国企业海外并购行为提供依据和思考。%The momentum of Chinese enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions is increasingly strong. Classification and evaluation of Chinese enterprises overseas M & A activity has become very important. Thus it is necessary to build Chinese enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions analysis and evaluation model and to supplement by case analysis. The purpose is to provide a new evaluation model to reasonablely interpret and evaluate M&A activity and obtain evidence and thinking.
