浅析焊接实训基地建设在专业建设中的作用

本文针对焊接技术及自动化专业实训基地建设模式、实训基地建设对学生能力培养、师资队伍建设效果进行了深入的分析，阐述了焊接专业实训基地建设在专业建设中的作用。实训基地是高职教育开展实践教学、提高学生实践能力的重要场所，是促进“双师型”教师队伍建设的重要组成部分。%This paper conducted in-depth analysis of the training base construction mode for welding technology and automation specialty and the effect of training base construction on the abilities training of students and teaching staff construction, and elaborated the role of welding training base in the specialty construction. Training base is an important place to carry out the practice teaching for higher vocational education and improve students' practical ability, and is an important component of promoting the "Double Teachers" team building.
