地市高职院校师资队伍建设的思考--以xx职业技术学院为例

为进一步提高地市高职院校师资队伍建设水平，笔者对照高职院校人才培养工作标准，通过深入走访、发放调查问卷、查阅数据资料等方式，以xx职业技术学院为例，初步掌握了地市高职院校师资队伍建设实际情况，深入剖析了师资队伍中存在的突出问题，并在此基础上进一步探索优化师资队伍建设的新思路、新途径、新举措。提出推动地市高职院校师资队伍建设发展的建议。%In order to further improve the teacher team construction level of municipal vocational colleges, the author contrasted the personnel training standards of higher vocational colleges, initially mastered the actual situation of teacher team construction of municipal vocational colleges through in-depth visits, issuing questionnaires, access to data, etc., by taking xx Vocational College for example, made in-depth analysis of the outstanding issues, and further explored the new ideas, new ways and new initiatives for optimizing the construction of teachers and proposed the proposals.
