浅谈班主任在大学生就业指导中的积极作用

Reasonably playing headmaster's role on employment guidance can significantly improve the employment rate of college students. This paper discussed the positive role of headmaster on cultivating students' healthy psychological quality, promoting students to master the professional knowledge, guiding students to establish a correct sense of employment, encouraging students to entrepreneurship and informing career skills in the process of college students' employment.%合理利用班主任在就业指导中的角色，可以显著的提高大学生的就业率。本文探讨了大学生就业过程中，班主任在如何培养学生健全的心理素质、督促学生掌握专业知识、指导学生树立正确的就业意识、鼓励学生创业及指导择业技巧中起到的积极作用。
