本文研究了高校后勤服务质量绩效评价的基本模型。分别从财务、顾客、内部业务过程、学习和成长四个方面提出相应的服务质量绩效评价指标,建立平衡记分卡因果关系路径。最后给出了该模型的实施步骤。%A basic performance evaluation model of college logistics services quality was constructed in this article. At first, Services quality performance evaluation indexes were proposed respectively from financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. Then causal relationship path was built. At last implementation procedure of this model was proposed.
