This paper introduces the different types of construction agent system project management mode, and analyzes the present situation of the sports facilities acting system, summes up the advantages and disadvantages of the management mode of acting system, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion, in order to promote the generation of organizational system play a better effect in the field of sports buildings.%本文介绍了国内不同类型代建制项目管理模式，并对体育设施代建制的现状进行了分析，概括归纳了代建制管理模式的优缺点，并提出了针对性建议，以期推进代建制在体育建筑领域发挥更好效果。
