高校学生工作绩效评价研究

摘要

本文分析了高校学生工作的内容及特点，构建了高校学生工作评价指标体系，通过问卷调查采集分析数据，应用层次分析法确定各层评价指标的权重，运用模糊综合评价方法构建了高校学生工作绩效模糊综合评价模型。%This paper analyzes the content and characteristics of college students work, constructs the evaluation index system of college student work, analyzes the data collected through questionnaires, applies the AHP to determine the weight of the weight of evaluation index, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for college student work performance.
