高校行政秘书的自我定位和发展之初探

This paper discusses the responsibility of the executive secretary in university, analyzes the working situation of executive secretary in university and how to position their role for the executive secretary at work, and finally proposes specific measures to promote the working ability of university executive secretary.%本文通过论述高校行政秘书的职责，分析当前高校行政秘书的工作现状以及行政秘书在工作中应该如何定位自己的角色，最后提出促进高校行政秘书工作能力的具体措施。
