This paper introduces the features and highlights of dormitory management of Cangzhou Medical College from perspectives of dormitory management mode, creating star level student dormitory, strengthening the construction of dormitory culture, creating model dormitory, construction of counselors going into dormitory mechanism.%本文从创新学生宿舍管理模式、创建星级学生宿舍、加强宿舍文化建设、打造示范楼区、构建辅导员进宿舍机制等方面，介绍了该校大学生宿舍管理的特色和亮点。
