建筑类高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的分析

摘要

高等职业教育的目标是培养适应现代企业发展需求的应用型、技能型人才，而培养和健全高职院校“双师型”素质教师队伍，是高等职业教育人才培养目标实现的重要保障。本文针对目前建筑类高职院校实践性教学教师队伍现状进行了分析，并提出了建筑类高等职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的途径。%The aim of higher vocational education is to cultivate applied and skilled talents adapted to the development needs of modern enterprise. To culture and improve "double-qualification" quality teacher team is the guarantee for higher vocational colleges to realize talents cultivation objective. This article analyzes the current situation of practical teaching staff team in architectural higher vocational colleges and puts forward the approach of the construction of“double-qualification"teacher team.
