基于安全心理因素的安全事故模式研究

摘要

The internal relation between safety psychological factors and accident is analyzed based on the Surry accident model, then the accident model based on safety psychological factors is constructed, at last some preventive countermeasures are put forward from psychology based on the interaction types of safety psychological factors on accident. The result shows that the model indicates the mechanism between psychological factors and accident, a new door is opened for researching and preventing human errors in theory.%以瑟利事故模型为基础，剖析了安全心理因素与安全事故之间的内在联系，并建立基于安全心理因素的安全心理事故模式，最后根据安全心理因素对安全事故的作用模式，从心理学的角度提出了事故预防对策。研究表明，该模式系统阐述了心理因素与安全事故之间的作用机制，在理论上为研究和预防安全事故开辟了新的途径。
