航空发动机中介机匣裂纹采用激光补焊工艺技术研究

摘要

本课题采用试验方法研究中介机匣焊缝激光原位修复工艺。通过激光熔凝试验、激光熔敷涂层试验、U型槽激光焊补试验、BT20激光对接焊试验、激光焊道的超声消除应力试验、BT20激光焊缝的拉伸试验分析研究，得到了裂纹激光补焊修复成套工艺方法及激光补焊技术特征。%This subject researches laser in situ repair technology of intermediate casing welding through tests, and obtains the crack laser welding repair and technical features of laser welding process through laser melting test, laser cladding and coating test; u-shaped groove laser welding test, BT20 laser butt welding test, ultrasound laser weld stress relief test and BT20 laser weld tensile test.
