家庭经济困难学生软实力提升的实践与探索--以南京交通职业技术学院励志菁英学校为例

At this stage, the funding measures of country and the community for students with financial difficulties usually embodied in economic assistance, paid less attention to terms of morality, interpersonal, learning ability and social work ability. According to the needs of students with financial difficulties, this paper proposes an effective way to raise soft power to targeted intensive train and develop students' soft power.%现阶段，国家及社会各界对家庭经济困难学生的资助措施多体现在经济资助方面，在道德品质、人际交往、学习能力及社会工作能力等方面关注较少。根据家庭经济困难学生需求，有针对性地进行集中训练和培养是探索软实力提升的一种有效途径。
