我国省区大中型工业企业技术创新效率测算及影响要素研究

摘要

The large and medium-sized industrial enterprise technical innovation efficiency in 25 provinces and regions of China from 2001-2010 is evaluated with DEA-Tobit two-stage model and the external environment factors that affect the technical innovation efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the technology digestion and absorption ability negatively affects the innovation efficiency and the participation degree of university and science and research institution in university-industry cooperation, enterprise scale and the intensiveness degree of scientific activities in enterprise have positive effect on the innovation efficiency.%使用DEA-Tobit两阶段模型评价2001-2010年中国25省区大中型工业企业技术创新效率，并对影响技术创新效率的外部环境要素进行分析。结果表明，技术消化吸收能力负向影响大中型工业企业技术创新效率；产学研合作中高校及科研机构参与强度、企业规模、企业内科技活动的密集程度对技术创新效率产生正向影响。
