公路隧道通风竖井“反井法”开挖施工技术

     

摘要

The shaft "anti-well method" construction method was analyzed and summarized in the present paper, taking the ××× tunnel ventilation construction as an example. The deep hole drilling pilot holes were used firstly, and then the slip slag channel was formed by using the anti-driller mention reaming. At last, the slag was carried to the bottom of the hole through the slag channel by using the drill and blast excavation from bottom to top. The construction included five key processes: locking construction, pilot hole construction, raise boring reaming construction, select the wellhead device type, and drilling and blasting. The construction method improves the efficiency of the decline excavation method and climbing machine method effectively. Meanwhile, the construction progress of "anti-well method" has a substantial growth by using the pilot hole, and the wellhead device type was chosen to make sure the safety of the equipment. This construction method has a good reference in the construction of shaft and tunnel, which have no requirements with meanwhile construction.%本文以×××隧道通风竖井“反井法”施工为例,分析总结了深孔潜孔钻与反井钻机相结合的竖井“反井法”施工方法。该竖井首先采用深孔潜孔钻施工导向孔,然后使用反井钻机反提扩孔施工形成溜渣通道,再采用钻爆法从上向下钻爆开挖掘进由溜渣通道排渣,孔底装渣外运的施工方法。施工工序包括锁口施工、导向孔施工、反井钻扩孔施工、钻爆施工四个关键工序。该施工方法克服了传统降挖法、爬升机工法施工效率低、安全风险高的状况,同时还解决了采用反井钻机施工导向孔过程中存在的钻孔倾斜率低、钻杆断杆掉钻风险高、洗井液制备等问题,并且使得反井法导向孔施工进度得以大幅提高,深孔潜孔钻和反井钻机两种设备各尽其长充分发挥施工效率,在类似的竖井与主洞施工没有平行作业要求的工程有较好的施工借鉴意义。
