浅析成本控制在企业管理中的应用

在当前我国社会主义市场经济建设的过程中，企业的经济发展有着十分重要的意义，为了保障企业的经济效益，我们要将相应的管理控制方法应用在企业管理当中，使得企业的经济成本得到有效的控制。本文通过对成本控制在企业管理中的作用进行简要的介绍，讨论了成本控制的实际应用情况，以供参考。%In the process of China's socialist market economy, the economic development of enterprises has a very important significance.
