广州花都经济开发区土地集约利用程度评价

摘要

开发区作为区域经济发展的重要空间载体，是当前城市经济的增长点。开发区的土地集约利用程度直接关系到开发区的可持续发展。本文以广州花都经济开发区为例，在数据调查研究基础上，在ArcGIS和遥感技术支撑下，从土地利用状况、用地效益和管理绩效3个方面构建开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系，运用多因素综合指标体系评价法，对土地利用集约度程度进行评价。%Development zone as an important regional economic development space carrier, is the growth of current urban economic. Development zone land intensive utilization degree directly related to the sustainable development of development zone. This paper based on the data investigation and study, under ArcGIS and remote sensing technology support, constructing development zone land intensive utilization evaluation index system in three aspects: land use status, land use efficiency and performance management: using the method of multi-factor comprehensive index system of evaluation to evaluate the degree of land use intensity of Guangzhou Huadu economic development zone.
