西部区域企业技术创新能力评价研究

摘要

This paper constructs an index system from technical innovation environment, technological innovation input, and technological innovation output, uses entropy TOPSIS method to evaluate and analyze the data of industrial enterprises in western region, and provides recommendations for further enhancing the innovation capability of western enterprises.%文章从技术创新环境、技术创新投入、技术创新产出角度构建了指标体系，采用熵权TOPSIS法对西部规模以上工业企业的数据进行评价分析，为进一步提高西部企业创新能力提供了相关建议。
