建设项目主体行为成本控制研究--基于完全信息动态博弈

摘要

在建设项目实施过程中，各参建主体对建设项目的质量、进度和安全文明等方面的控制，最终都会从成本的角度进行控制，参建主体可以分为两类，一类是监控主体，另一类是被监控对象，二者在项目实施过程中如果对成本进行控制都要付出一定的成本，根据以上分析，建立一个二元模型，本文从完全信息动态博弈分析项目实施阶段对成本监控的博弈模型。%In the implementation process of construction project, the control for construction quality, progress, safety culture of each subject of participation ultimately will be controlled from a cost point of view. The main subject of participation can be divided into two categories, the one is monitoring subject, another is monitored subject, both of them will pay a certain cost in the implementation of project to control cost. Based on the above analysis, a binary model is established, this paper analyzes the game model of cost monitoring in project implementation stage from complete information dynamic game.
