关于当前就业问题和就业制度的分析及对策探讨

摘要

随着我国高校毕业生数量的增加，大学生的就业问题也日益严峻，“民工荒”问题凸现。本文结合自身工作实践，就当前的就业问题和制度进行初步分析和对策探讨。%With the increasing number of university graduates in China, the employment issue of college students has become more and more severe, "the shortage of migrant workers" is highlighted. Combined with the working practice, this paper analyzes current employment issues and system and discusses countermeasures.
