DB总承包模式绩效研究综述

摘要

DB general contracting model, as a widely used international project transaction way, its performance has been the hot topic at home and abroad for DB researchers. For the domestic and international study of the performance of DB model, on the one hand is to try to give a more reasonable and effective performance evaluation system, on the other hand is a comparative study with the performance of the DB mode and the traditional DBB, CM @ risk and other mode as well as the DB mode case studies. In this paper, the results of these two aspects of the study were summarized and reviewed and a brief commentary was conducted to give some inspiration for the research on the performance of China's DB general contracting model.%DB总承包模式作为国际广泛使用的项目交易方式，其绩效问题一直是国内外DB研究者们关注的热点问题。国内外学术界对于DB模式绩效的研究，一方面是尝试给出更合理、有效的绩效评价指标体系，另一方面是将DB与传统DBB，CM@risk等模式进行绩效的比较研究及DB模式案例研究。本文对以上两方面的研究结果进行了总结和回顾，并简要评述，以期对我国DB总承包模式绩效研究工作开展给予一定的启示。
