绿色建筑的经济性评价内容研究

摘要

Economic evaluation is an important content of green building assessment. This paper summarizes the research status of green building economy and determines the main contents of economic evaluation of green building, namely: the life cycle costs of green buildings, the life cycle benefit evaluation index system of green building and the economic evaluation index system of green building. This research can provide theoretical support for the economic development of green building and better promote the development of green building.%绿色建筑评价的重要环节之一是经济性评价。首先，本文总结了绿色建筑经济性的国内外研究趋势，又从绿色建筑的全过程成本、绿色建筑效益评价指标及绿色建筑经济评价指标三个方面，详细阐述了绿色建筑经济性评价的内容。该研究可以为绿色建筑的经济性分析提供理论支持，可以更好地推进绿色建筑的发展。
