建筑工程项目的质量挣值法研究

摘要

传统的挣值法主要应用于施工全过程中的进度和成本的管理，而本文通过对挣值法和质量管理集成后，项目管理人员根据质量挣值法的各个指标进行科学的预测，对于施工中可能发生的质量问题及时的纠偏，以保证正常的安全生产，确保施工过程中的施工质量达标。%Traditional earned value method should be used to progress and cost management in the construction process. But in this paper it based on the earned value method and the integration of quality management, project managers can forecast all of the indicators scientifically. Possible quality problems in construction could be corrected in a timely manner, in order to ensure the normal production and make sure that the quality indicators are reached the mark on construction process.
