Reviewing the development of Liaoning's real estate market, it can be divided into four times: embryonic stage, development stage, the active stage and adjustment stage. This paper summarized the development of Liaoning real estate market during "Eleventh Five-year Plan", and proposed some suggestions for the healthy development of Liaoning real estate market during"Twelfth Five-year Plan".%回顾辽宁省房地产市场发展的主要历程，可分为雏形阶段、发展阶段、活跃阶段和调整阶段四个时期。总结“十一五”期间辽宁省房地产市场发展情况，并从多方面为“十二五”辽宁省房地产市场的健康发展建言献策。
