试论我国工程建设监理单位的发展对策

摘要

Supervision of project construction began in some developed countries abroad as early as in 1950s, and has been in study. Now a more mature mode has been formed. By referring to the construction supervision mode abroad, this article sums up the development trend of China's engineering construction supervision mode, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of supervision units under the new trend.%工程建设监理早在20世纪五十年代开始在国外一些发达国家开始应用，并一直处在研究中，如今形成了较成熟的模式，本文通过国外工程建设监理模式的借鉴，总结出我国工程建设监理模式发展趋势，并提出新趋势下监理单位的发展对策与建议。
