创新型人才的培养关乎着我国的进步和发展，要想建设创新型的国家，必须培养创新型的人才，以此来促进国家的建设，提高国家的整体素质水平，推动我国的发展。近年来，我国高职院校已将“培养创新型人才”作为重要使命，但是由于我国高等教育理念体质、实践能力、教师创新能力、校园文化环境、学生兴趣满足等方面存在问题，严重制约了创新型人才的培养。因此，要通过转变教育理念、夯实创新平台、健全激励机制、营造良好校园氛围等途径，构建出符合我国特色的高职院校创新型人才培养机制。%The cultivation of innovative talents concerns the progress and development of China.
