地方本科院校ERP专业化人才培养机制研究

摘要

There is a big gap between the enterprises' requirement for ERP professional talents and university graduates' ability. This paper analyzes the orientation of ERP professional talents cultivation, points out the problems existing in the local universities' cultivation of professional ERP talents, and relevant measures are put forward.%企业对ERP专业化人才需求与高校毕业生能力之间存在很大差距，本文分析了ERP专业化人才培养定位问题，指出了地方本科院校培养ERP专业化人才存在的问题，并提出了相关措施。
