基于专业调研的三阶段工学交替式人才培养模式创新研究--以楼宇智能化工程技术专业为例

摘要

通过对楼宇智能专业就业情况进行分析，总结人才培养过程中存在的问题。通过介绍基于工作过程系统化的学习领域课程体系，构建三阶段工学交替人才培养模式，探索解决目前高职楼宇智能专业人才培养过程中问题的方法。%Based on the intelligent building professional employment situation, this paper summed up the problems existing in the process of personnel training, through the introduction of learning field curriculum system of systematic work process, constructed three stages alternation of working and learning talent training mode, explored methods to solve the problem of present vocational building intelligent major personnel training.
