数控机床进给系统故障维修分析

As the core components of CNC machine tools, the feed system has high failure rate, complex failure causes, long repair cycle, so it becomes more important to diagnose and solve the failures. According to years of repair experience, the author analyzes and summarizes the solutions to the common faults of feed system appears, as some reference.%进给系统作为数控机床的核心部件，故障率较高，故障原因复杂，维修周期长，所以故障的快速诊断变的尤为关键。文章主要根据笔者多年维修经验，对进给系统出现的常见故障进行分析总结提出解决的思路，供大家参考。
