伙伴式（Partnering）全过程造价咨询管理模式的探索

摘要

With the expansion of construction market , the practice form of engineering cost consultation is gradually pursuing integrity. so the whole process cost consultation will become the main consulting mode. Although the market of the whole process cost consultation has existed, the management mode of the whole process cost consultation can't fit the whole process cost consultation business perfectly in China. In view of this, this paper puts forward the "management mode of Partnering whole process cost consultation" which is based on much research and analysis, and gives a detailed analysis of its feasibility.%随着我国建筑市场的不断扩大，工程造价咨询执业形式越来越趋于追求整化，全过程造价咨询必然成为主流咨询模式。全过程造价咨询市场已经存在，但是我国现有的全过程造价咨询管理模式在某些方面不能很好地适应全过程造价咨询业务。针对此，本文对全过程造价咨询管理模式进行探索，提出“伙伴式（Partnering）全过程造价咨询管理模式”，并分析其操作性。
