工程建设中业主方项目管理存在的问题及对策

For project management of owner, the author of this paper discussion on the risk management awareness, nonstandard in the management of supervision unit, indifference to schedule control and security control problems existing in engineering construction, and puts forward some countermeasures, in order to solve these problems.%本文对目前业主方在项目管理过程中存在风险管理意识淡薄，对监理单位的管理不规范，不重视进度控制，不重视安全控制等问题进行了探讨，并针对这些存在的问题提出了一些对策。
