自动换刀系统可靠性分析与维修

摘要

自动换刀系统作为数控加工中心的重要部件，在极大提高加工效率的同时，也对其自身可靠性提出更高的要求，文章主要根据自身维修经验与大量的维修记录，对自动换刀系统相关故障进行分析总结，为今后相关故障维修提供借鉴与参考。%The automatic tool changer as an important part of CNC machining centers, greatly improving the processing efficiency, but also demanding higher for its own reliability. Based on experience and a lot of maintenance records, this paper analyzes and summarizes the related failures of automatic tool changer, and provides reference for future maintenance.
