开展医疗绿卡服务与改善投资软环境之间关系的研究

摘要

Medical card service has provided quality health care services for the majority of medical green card holders since its inception. In order to serve the economic construction of Kunshan better, and to provide fast, convenient, high-quality medical service for senior talents and senior managements of foreign invested enterprises in kunshan to work with no worries, the "Medical Card Service Center"has been established. Thus, it improves the "medical card" service system, the service level of medical card, and firmly establishes the concept of"everybody is investment object", enhances the overall consciousness and the service consciousness, so as to optimize the soft environment for investment in Kunshan.%医疗绿卡服务工作自开展以来，为广大医疗绿卡持卡者提供了优质的医疗保健服务。为更好地服务于昆山的经济建设，为在昆山工作的外企高层管理者及各类高级人才提供快速、便捷、优质的全程医疗服务，让他们无后顾之忧，安心工作，及时成立了“医疗绿卡服务中心”，完善了“医疗绿卡”服务制度，切实提升医疗绿卡的服务水平，牢固树立“人人都是投资环境”的观念，增强大局意识，增强服务意识，从而优化昆山的投资软环境。
