加快构建河南省现代产业体系动力机制的对策分析

摘要

论文首先对河南省现代产业体系的发展现状进行分析，然后，在此基础上从内生动力和外部动力两个方面提出了河南省现代产业体系构建的动力要素及其作用机制。最后从构建主体角色定位、完善创新环境、加强体制改革等方面提出了基于动力机制完善的加快构建河南省现代产业体系的政策建议。%Firstly the recent development and influential factors of modern industrial system in Henan province are analyzed, then, dynamic factors and mechanism of constructing modern industrial system are proposed from the perspective of internal impetus and external impetus. Finally, political proposals for accelerating construction of modern industrial system based on improving dynamic mechanism in Henan province are given from the aspects of subjects' role definition, improving innovation environment and speeding up reform system.
