职校管理专业顶岗实习问题试探与对策分析--以人力资源管理专业为例

Taking human resource management specialty for example, this paper analyzes the major problems in the internships of current management specialty in vocational school, explores the causes, and proposes targeted countermeasures on how to smoothly develop students' internships.%本文以人力资源管理专业为例，分析了目前职校管理专业顶岗实习中的主要问题，剖析其产生的原因，并就如何促进学生顶岗实习顺利开展，进行了有针对性的对策分析。
