基于证据理论的建筑企业安全生产事故应急管理能力评价

摘要

建筑企业安全生产事故时有发生。为了完善生产事故应急管理体系，利用证据理论对应急管理能力进行能力评估。选取应急准备、应急响应和应急恢复作为一级指标，选取危险源分析、指挥协调、事故调查等作为二级指标，通过评价分析，发现该企业在应急管理方面存在安全意识不强、应急装备存在不足等问题。%Production safety accident occurs frequently in construction enterprise. In order to improve the production accident emergency management system, the evidence theory is sued to assess the emergency management capability. Selection of emergency preparation, response and recovery is considered as the first-level indicators, and selection of hazard analysis, command coordination, accident investigation is considered as secondary indexes. Through evaluation analysis, it found that the enterprise existed many problems in the emergency management, such as, not strong safety consciousness, insufficient emergency equipment, and so on.
