本文结合矿山人力资源管理实践强调了绩效考核在矿山企业应用的必要性及其作用，阐述了该类企业绩效考核的框架体系，并对存在的主要问题进行了说明，同时提出了相应的改进措施。%This paper, combined with mining human resource management practices, emphasized the necessity of performance appraisal and its role in the mining enterprise, expounded framework system of mining enterprise performance evaluation, described the main problems, and proposed the corresponding improvement measures.
