幼儿教师心理健康研究现状及展望

摘要

教育大计，教师为本。有好的教师，才有好的教育。当前不断发生的幼儿教师“虐童”事件警示社会应该关注幼儿教师心理健康问题。本文总结近年来幼儿教师心理健康的有关研究并做出展望，希望能促进对这一群体的研究。%Teacher is the center of the education plan. Good teachers create good education. In the current, the"child abuse"incidents of preschool teacher alert the society should concern about preschool teachers' mental health problems. This paper summarizes the research related to mental health of preschool teachers in recent years and make prospects, hoping to promote the study of this group.
