论上海酒店管理中高职贯通培养模式的意义

Middle and higher vocational penetration training mode is the new mode for deepening the reform of vocational education. This paper clarifies the ideas of choosing hotel management specialty as experimental specialty. To choose the hotel management specialty is useful to deepen the cooperation between schools and hotel companies and construct the cooperation model.%院中高职贯通培养教育模式是深化职业教育改革的新模式。本文阐明了选择酒店管理专业作为中高职贯通培养的专业选择思路，选择酒店管理专业有利于中高职院校与酒店企业的工学合作的内容深化与合作模式建构。
