院中国的民营企业近几年受国际金融危机及国内经济发展速度放缓的状况影响，民营企业如何通过产业升级在逆境中发展就显得尤为重要和迫切。XJ集团2013年初定下了“产业升级、重点突破”为其集团战略之一，笔者运用所学的哲学理论对其公司战略进行另一层面分析，希望通过分析，大致掌握相关哲学理论的实际运用方法和运用技巧。文章主要从哲学视角探讨XJ集团产业升级调整过程中整体与部分的关系，提出XJ集团产业升级的重点在于以家具流通产业升级为战略牵引，通过发挥集团总部战略中心的作用，整体带动XJ集团整体产业融合。%In recent years, China's private enterprises are influenced by the international financial crisis and the situation of slowing domestic economic growth, so it is particularly important and urgent for private enterprise to develop in the adversity by industrial upgrading. In early 2013, XJ Group set the strategy of "industrial upgrading, major breakthroughs" which is considered as one of its group strategies. The author used his philosophical theories to analyze another level corporate strategy, hoping to grasp the real applied methods and techniques of relevant philosophical theory. This article focused on the relationship between the whole and part in industrial upgrading and adjustment process of XJ Group from a philosophical perspective, pointed out that XJ Group should take the upgrading of furniture distribution industry as the strategic traction and play the role of Group headquarter strategic center to drive XJ Group's overall industrial integration, which is the key of industrial upgrading of XJ Group.
