院我国是制造业大国，随着社会的快速发展，产品的质量已成为制约我国制造业发展的一大主要问题。为了提高产品的质量，风险会相应的增大，从而影响产品的质量。所以对制造业产品进行质量风险分析就显得意义重大。通过归纳技术层面、原材料层面、企业管理层面、员工层面和外部环境五个层面的风险因素建立制造业产品的质量风险评价指标体系，结合改进的PROMETHEE法对其进行质量风险分析，得出指标的排序结果，使企业管理者提前控制风险，防范风险，将风险降至最低，从而提高产品质量。%China is a big manufacturing country. So as to improve the product quality, the risk will be increase accordingly, then the quality of the products will be affected. So it's significant to take quality risk analysis of manufacturing product. By concluding risk factors of technology level, raw material level, enterprise management level and staff level and the external environment to establish quality risk evaluation index system of manufacturing product, using improved PROMETHEE method, acquiring ranking results of indicators, to make the enterprise managers to control the risk and prevent risks, then the risk will be minimum and the quality of the product will be improved.
