电信运营商电子渠道发展趋势浅析

This paper first expounds the significance and necessity of developing the electronic channel for telecom operators, and takes current development situation of the electronic channels of China Mobile Heilongjiang Co., Ltd., Suihua Branch as an Example, and further understands the current development situation of electronic channels for telecom operators, and combined with the status quo, it proposes the future development trend of telecom operators electronic channels, and provides the reference for the construction and development of electronic channel for China's telecom operators.%院本文首先阐述了发展电子渠道对电信运营商的意义和必要性，并以中国移动通信集团黑龙江有限公司绥化分公司电子渠道发展现状为例，从而进一步了解目前电信运营商电子渠道的发展状况，并结合现状提出了未来电信运营商电子渠道发展趋势。为我国电信运营商的电子渠道建设发展提供参考。
