对公路养护职工思想现状的分析与对策

摘要

院通过在高等级公路养护中心全体职工中开展思想状况调研，充分了解职工的思想动态，经过对收集后的调查问卷数据进行统计，对职工思想状况进行分析。%Through carrying out workers' thought survey among the staff of highway maintenance center, we got a fully understanding of the worker's thought tendency. Through collecting the questionnaire data statistics, the workers' thought condition is analyzed.
