我国共同沟现有投融资模式比较与分析

摘要

According to the development experience of integrated urban underground pipeline system, the technical issue has not been the key technical problem to restrict the construction of underground space, but it is limping in China. This paper discusses and compares the existing financing model and problems of integrated urban underground pipeline system in China, and finally gives some recommendations.%院根据共同沟的发展经验，共同沟的技术问题已不是制约地下空间建设的关键技术难题了，但是在中国却举步维艰。本文主要论述和比较了我国共同沟的现有融资模式以及存在的问题，最后给出了相关建议。
